Kitoweo cha Kontomire ni chakula kinachopikwa na majani ya magimbi na (kinajulikana kama "kontomire" na watu wa lugha ya Akan), Huandaliwa manyumbani na ni maarufu sana Nchini Ghana.[1] Kontomire huliwa na vyakula mbalimbali ikiwemo[2][3]Wali, magimbi, na ndizi.[4] Kwa Jina linguine huitwa Palama sauce kutokea kwa watu wa Elmina.[5]
