Historia
Zoom ilianzishwa mwaka 2011 na mhandisi toka kampuni ya Cisco Systems na kitengo chake, WebEx, ambacho nacho kinatoa huduma kama hii..[2] Mwanzilishi huyo, Eric Yuan, awali alikuwa ni makamu wa raisi wa uhandisi wa Cisco.
