:[[Mtumiaji:Riccardo Riccioni|Riccardo Riccioni]], If someone translate it by themselves, it's not copyright violation, but if they are doing it using Google translator, then it is a violation as content translated using Google translator is licensed. I am sure this user don't know the Swahali language and they just copied the content from English wiki and used Google translator and pasted it here. I have also [[m:Steward requests/Miscellaneous#Google translations by User:Sandesh9822]] opened a thread on meta]] to discuss all such articles they created on other wikis.
