Teofane muungamadini

Teofane Muungamadini (Konstantinopoli, leo nchini Uturuki, 758/760 - Samotrake, leo nchini Ugiriki, 12 Machi 817/818) alikuwa mwandishi maarufu na tajiri sana ambaye alijifanya mmonaki tena fukara akateswa kwa kutetea heshima kwa picha takatifu dhidi ya kaisari Leo V wa Bizanti.

Jina la pili aliongezewa kutokana na mateso yaliyompata gerezani kwa ajili ya imani sahihi: alipopelekwa uhamishoni aliweza kuishi siku 17 tu akafa.

Tangu kale anaheshimiwa na Kanisa Katoliki, Waorthodoksi na wengineo kama mtakatifu.
