Thomas More (7 Februari 1478 – 6 Julai 1535) alikuwa mwanasheria kutoka Uingereza.

Thomas More

Papa Leo XIII alimtangaza mwenye heri tarehe 29 Desemba 1886, halafu Papa Pius XI alimtangaza kuwa mtakatifu mfiadini tarehe 19 Mei 1935.

Thomas More alizaliwa katika mji wa London tarehe 7 Februari mwaka 1478.

Pamoja na Mt. John Fisher alishindana na Mfalme Henri VIII kuhusu suala la kuivunja ndoa ya huyo mfalme. Kwa amri ya Henri, wote wawili waliopinga kuvunjwa kwa ndoa yake walifungwa gerezani na kuuawa kwa kukatwa kichwa, kwanza John Fisher tarehe 22 Juni, halafu Thomas More tarehe 6 Julai, mwaka 1535.
