Maelezo Letter from Hulda Stumpf (1867–1930), at the time a teacher of shorthand at Indiana Business College, Indiana, Pennsylvania, to the Africa Inland Mission, an American missionary organization, applying for a position. Stumpf became a missionary in Kenya, where she became known for objecting to female genital mutilation. She was killed there in 1930, possibly because of her views.

The college published the letter on its website here (webcite) in September 2003. (See Internet Archive for early copies. [1] [2]) No prior publication of the letter has come to light.
