Wikipedia Swahili Challenge

Hi,

I'm taking part in the wiki challenge. I'm from Strathmore and I noticed you awarded points for Ivermac (also from Strathmore). You made a comment on his Pamela Jelimo article saying that he should make sure that all red links should be collected before publishing.

So my concern is what if the red links are for pages that have not yet been translated; can we leave them red?
