Tuwon shinkafa ni aina ya mlo wa Kinaijeria na Niger kutoka Niger na sehemu ya kaskazini ya Nigeria.[[1]][[2]][[3]]  Ni rojo nzito iliyotayarishwa kutokana na mchele wa kawaida ambao ni laini na unaonata, na kwa kawaida inaandaliwa na aina tofauti za supu kama vile Miyar kuka, Miyar kubewa, Miyar taushe.  [[4]][[5]]Aina mbili zinazotengenezwa kutokana na unga wa Mahindi na mtama zinaitwa Tuwon Masara na Tuwon Dawa.  [[6]][[7]][[8]]
