Kiapo (kutoka kitenzi kuapa; kwa Kiingereza: oath) ni tamko la nguvu kuhusu ukweli ama wa ushahidi ama wa ahadi uliotolewa au utakayotolewa.
Mara nyingi kinatolewa kwa msingi wa dini ya mhusika ili ajifunge au ajisikie amebanwa zaidi.
