Dr. GODFREY RUTTA BUKAGILE BIOGRAPHY Born in Kagera region. He went to Ihungo secondary school, Milambo high school, Korogwe Teachers’ College then The University of Dar es Salaam. Dr. Bukagile holds a diploma in education, degree in education, master in Development Studies and a PhD in Education. Dr. Bukagile has diverse skills and expertise in teaching, editing and management. He was the chief editor and managing director at NYAMBARI NYANGWINE GROUP OF COMPANIES from 2008 to 2012. Dr. Bukagile is currently a Head of Business Administration department snd a lecturer at the College of Business Education -Dar es Salaam campus teaching Negotiation skills, Development studies, Communication skills and education subjects
