Waangli (kwa Kilatini Anglii, kutoka Angeln, jina la eneo la Ujerumani Kaskazini kwenye bahari ya Baltiki) walikuwa kabila la Wagermanik ambao kutoka huko pamoja na jirani zao Wajuti na baadhi ya Wasaksoni, jumla watu 200,000 hivi, walivamia Britania katika karne ya 5 na baada ya hapo, wakiweka msingi wa Uingereza wa leo.
