Karibu kwenye Wikipedia kwa Kiswahili!

Tunamfurahia kila mmoja anayeingia na kuungana nasi. Hii ni kamusi elezo ya maandishi huru. Unaweza kuandika makala uipendayo ama kuitafsiri kutoka Wikipedia ya lugha nyingine.

Ukipenda kutumia kurasa zetu za mwongozo na msaada, a) ukitumia simu bofya kwa "Dawati" chini kwenye dirisha lako na n) ubadilishe mwonekano wa Wikipedia kwa kubofya "Switch to old look" kwenye menyu upande wa kushoto.

N'entrez plus de textes traduites par ordinateur!

Dear Abel you have been asked before not to enter more long texts into this wikipedia. You obviously bring computer translations. These do not work in Swahili. The result is long texts with very bad language which are not really understandable. Stop it!!!

Of course we are happy to have a contributor from Kongo. And of course it is possible to enter material like the tables you brought even with little knowledge of the language, BUT ONLY if you know how to and if you get advice. Obviously you know little or hardly any Kiswahili, I am not sure. You have the option to use a sandbox and to ask any of us for help. We have often helped newcomers who were not sure. Karibu sana!

Assante sana. Mi na zungumuza swahili kidogo. Bado, swahili hapa Kongo imepishana mingi sana na yenye mu na zungumuza west Afrika. Ni kweli na tumizia translation engine ku ma text yango na ni na soma kidogo tu mbele ya ku tuma ma modification zangu. Asante kwa jibu. Abel, I think you can bring things in but please put them up first on a test page like "BamLifa-Sandbox 1" (and 2,3,4..). We have already too many pages which are messed and we are too few to find all of them. I just spent quite some time correcting a bit of Orodha ya Urithi wa Dunia katika hatari so now at least the table is basically understandable what it is about. Please go on and clean it!

You put in alle these references starting like this: <ref>{{lien web|url and they are not understood. Do you understand that you copied a "template" in a French text format? Template have to be there first in swwiki before you can use them. Otherwise not recognized. English works sometimes. You have 3 ways of cleaning it

1) open the English page and test, if our version can read the template for reference from the English list. If yes, then replace all French template with the English ones.

2) If it does not work, you can rework the reference without template (=kigezo). Make a simple reference like this:<ref>[http://whc.unesco.org/en/list/148 Old City of Jerusalem and its Walls], tovuti ya Unesco.org, iliangaliwa Mei 2017</ref> . Take the English version as reference (unesco.org/en/list/, not unesco.org/fr/list/).
