Makubaliano ya Kimataifa ya kulinda haki za wahamiaji na familia zao ni chombo cha Umoja wa Mataifa chenye lengo la kulinda haki za wahamiaji na familia zao. Kiliundwa tarehe 18 Desemba 1990, na kuingia kwenye utekeleztarehe 1 Julai 2003 baada ya kuridhiwa na nchi za kutosha, ambazo ni hasa zile zenye wahamaji, si zile zinazowapokea.

Rangi ya kijani inaonyesha katika ramani nchi zilizojiunga, na kwa rangi ya njano nchi zilizosaini.
