Flower Ezekiel Msuya (alizaliwa mwaka 1959) ni mtaalamu wa magugumaji (stadi za mwani) kutoka nchini Tanzania. Ana utaalamu katika algaculture (kilimo cha mwani wa baharini) na aquaculture (kilimobahari).[1]

Flower Ezekiel Msuya alizaliwa mwaka 1959 katika kijiji cha Kifula[2] (Ugweno), sehemu ya Wilaya ya Mwanga katika Mkoa wa Kilimanjaro nchini Tanzania.[3] Alipata Shahada ya kwanza (BSc) katika botani na takwimu kutoka Chuo Kikuu cha Dar es Salaam.[3] Alipata Shahada ya Uzamili (MSc) katika uvuvi na aquaculture kutoka Chuo Kikuu cha Kuopio nchini Finland.[2] Kwa msingi wa kozi ya phycology (masomo ya algae na seaweed),[3] alijenga shauku kuhusu kilimo cha magugmaji.
