Juhudi

Juhudi (kutoka neno la Kiarabu juhudجهود) ni matumizi makubwa ya akili, ujuzi, maarifa na nguvu ili kujipatia maendeleo ya kiroho, ya kiuchumi n.k.

Buddha alifanya juhudi nyingi kabla ya kuhimiza wastani. Fransisko wa Assisi pia alifanya juhudi nyingi.

Dini nyingi zinahimiza juhudi katika maadili na maisha ya kiroho.
